The Baix Llobregat Tourism Consortium has delivered this Thursday, February 3, 2022, the Baix Llobregat 2022 Tourist Information Points accreditations to 36 companies and entities, including the Centre Esplai Hostel. The event took place at Centre Esplai, the headquarters of Fundesplai in El Prat de Llobregat. With these accreditations, the region now has 90 Tourist Information Points.
The Baix Llobregat Tourism Consortium has delivered this Thursday, February 3, 2022, the Baix Llobregat 2022 Tourist Information Points accreditations to 36 companies and entities, including the Centre Esplai Hostel. The event was held at Centre Esplai, the headquarters of Fundesplai in El Prat de Llobregat. With these accreditations, the region now has 90 Tourist Information Points.

Marina Garcia, Councillor for Trade and Tourism of the City Council of El Prat de Llobregat; Abigail Garrido, Deputy Tourism Delegate of the Diputació de Barcelona; and Eva M. Martínez, President of the Baix Llobregat Tourism Consortium.
In his words, Garcia highlighted vaccination as one of the key elements in the recovery of tourism; Garrido, for his part, explained that the figures indicate that in the summer of 2021 stays at tourist establishments in the region were already very similar, and in some cases higher, to those of 2019; Finally, Martínez highlighted all the tourist attractions of the Baix Llobregat such as Montserrat, the natural areas of the Delta del Llobregat or the modernism that can be visited in buildings of many municipalities. For all these reasons, the president of the Consortium has stated: “the Baix Llobregat is fashionable”.
Afterwards, all participants were able to enjoy a visit to the exhibition “Menja. Acts. Impact” on sustainable and healthy food that is located in the multifunctional space of the Fundesplai headquarters.
