December 22 at Centre Esplai. Sign up here.

Is our diet linked to planetary health? To answer this question we have a luxury guest: Aitor Sánchez. During the free conference on December 22, he will accompany us to reflect on the environmental impact of the thousands of kilometers that food travels to our plate; the cost of food production; models of animal exploitation; the social cost of unhealthy food or the impact of plastic packaging on the environment.
