Is your bank obliged to register as an interest group?
Many associations, foundations and NGOs should register in the Register of Interest Groupsof the Generalitat, in application of the Law on Transparency and the Code of Conduct of senior officials and management staff. But, specifically, which entities should register and how do they have to do it? What does non-compliance with these regulations entail?
These are some of the questions wewill answer throughout the day, during which we will also addressother developments on the regulations that affect organizations:
-
Obligation to carry a Time record of the working day of the contracted personnel. Did you know that failure to do so may result in a fine of 3,000 euros?
-
Obligation to have a Crime Prevention Protocol
We will also analyse how entities are dealing with the changes produced last year in relation to corporate tax, form 347 and regulations relating to minors.
Free day open to all third sector entities.
