On November 3, Josep Franci, Director of Territory and Professional Qualification of the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce, and Josep Gassó, president of Fundesplai, signed a collaboration agreement to jointly develop the Tresca Jove orientation and labor insertion program.
With this agreement, the next edition of Tresca Jove will be framed within the Youth Guarantee, a European-wide initiative that fights against unemployment among young people between 16 and 29 years old, and seeks to promote the social and labor inclusion of young people who have dropped out of school or have problems finding work through a process of training and accompaniment.
This itinerary is done through social mentoring, in which people with great professional experience voluntarily accompany these young people to carry out their personal development process. In addition to the training process focused on labor inclusion, we also work with young people to promote social and community participation.
