Coordinators and cuniners of the Fundesplai canteens met this Wednesday, September 9 at CENTRE ESPLAI (El Prat de Llobregat) in a day of reunion and training for the new school year that is now beginning.
In total, more than 60 people have participated who have been able to share experiences that they carry out in the different schools and get to know their references in the field of direct management.
In addition, they have dedicated an important part of the day to training: cooks and coordinators have participated in workshops on healthy eating, allergies, food intolerances … The pedagogical section focused on participation and offered resources on how to promote it among children.
This 2015-16 academic year, Fundesplai will be present in more than 70 schools and will reach more than 14,000 students with the services it offers as a school canteen and extracurricular activities.
