This May 8 has been held, in the Mercat del Born of Barcelona, l’Làbora Space, a conference in which more than 120 companies and entities participated, 40 of which have been able to have a personalized space to contact directly with more than 300 people with difficulties in accessing the labor market, candidates to cover possible jobs or be part of their job boards.
Parallel to this interview space, several talks and workshops have been held on topics related to employability, job search strategies, profiles required by companies, etc. in which representatives of Infojobs, Eral Grup, Fundesplai, Fundació Èxit, Suport Associatiu and Cresàlida, among others, have participated.
The Espai Làbora, organized by Fundesplai (Fundació Catalana de l’Esplai), is part of the Làbora program, led by the Municipal Institute of Social Services of the Barcelona City Council with the collaboration of the social entities ECAS, FEiCAT and Red Cross. The programme aims to promote the employment of people with difficulties in accessing the labour market.
