Our Hostel Centre Esplai, which houses our headquarters, a hostel and different nature and training classrooms for the associative world, among other spaces, has been a finalist in the 2010 edition of the Endesa Awards for Sustainable Real Estate Development in the “Non-residential” category.
Endesa, as a company committed to sustainability, established these awards four years ago in recognition of the people and organizations that promote energy-efficient buildings. In this way, Endesa recognizes the efforts for an urban development that respects the environment.
The recognition of these awards to CENTRO ESPLAI highlights the architectural design, the work of Carles Ferrater, focused on reducing the energy demands of the building, as well as the installation of an integrated control system for water and energy management.
