Identificar el tipus de discapacitat:<\/strong>\u00a0tenir una discapacitat no vol dir, necess\u00e0riament, tenir afectades igual totes les parts del cos.<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><strong>2. Determinar quina relaci\u00f3 t\u00e9 la discapacitat amb l\u2019activitat que volem realitzar:<\/strong>\u00a0valorar si per dur a terme l\u2019activitat s\u2019han de fer tasques que poden resultar dif\u00edcils o impossibles de realitzar per la persona discapacitada.<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><strong>3. Avaluar all\u00f2 que l\u2019infant o jove \u00e9s capa\u00e7 de fer en relaci\u00f3 a l\u2019activitat:<\/strong>\u00a0Valorar individualment la persona discapacitada per saber quines s\u00f3n les funcions que pot fer millor i en quin \u00e0mbit pot ser m\u00e9s efica\u00e7.<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><strong>4. Comparar el que \u00e9s capa\u00e7 de fer amb la resta d\u2019infants o joves del grup:<\/strong>\u00a0d\u2019aquesta manera podrem preveure dificultats similars amb que es puguin trobar altres infants i joves.<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><strong>5. Esbrinar els coneixements previs entorn al tema i el grau de motivaci\u00f3:<\/strong>\u00a0ens permetr\u00e0 apropar-nos al nivell i als interessos de cadasc\u00fa.<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><strong>6. Detectar en quin punt de l\u2019ac-tivitat l\u2019infant o jove pot tenir dificultats:<\/strong>\u00a0ens fixarem en les tasques concretes que caldr\u00e0 adaptar.<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><strong>7.
