Registrations can be made via <a href=\"https:\/\/menjaactuaimpacta.org\/agenda\/inscripcio-als-esdeveniments\/?event=14011\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>this link<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In this session of the cycle <a href=\"https:\/\/menjaactuaimpacta.org\/events\/conferencia-en-linia-eco-disseny-per-a-una-economia-circular\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>The futures of sustainable food <\/em><\/a>we will learn about the main technological innovations and consumption trends of some examples of high-quality alternative proteins with a lower environmental impact.<\/p>\n<p>Albert Ribas-Agust\u00ed, a <strong>researcher<\/strong> with the <a href=\"https:\/\/transferencia.irta.cat\/en\/activitats\/impulso-a-la-innovacion-plataforma-isaq\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Food Functionality and Safety programme of the Institute of Agri-Food Research and Technology (IRTA)<\/a>, will join us.
