{"id":70406,"date":"2024-11-13T11:37:39","date_gmt":"2024-11-13T10:37:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fundesplai.org\/informa-t\/sense-categoria\/domitia-project-kick-off-for-the-complementary-training-of-leisure-time-educators-through-european-funds\/"},"modified":"2025-01-02T11:25:51","modified_gmt":"2025-01-02T10:25:51","slug":"domitia-project-kick-off-for-the-complementary-training-of-leisure-time-educators-through-european-funds","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fundesplai.org\/en\/informa-t\/news\/domitia-project-kick-off-for-the-complementary-training-of-leisure-time-educators-through-european-funds\/","title":{"rendered":"Domitia project kick off for the complementary training of leisure time educators through European funds"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[et_pb_section fb_built=&#8221;1&#8243; admin_label=&#8221;section&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_row admin_label=&#8221;row&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; background_size=&#8221;initial&#8221; background_position=&#8221;top_left&#8221; background_repeat=&#8221;repeat&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;4_4&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; custom_padding=&#8221;|||&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; custom_padding__hover=&#8221;|||&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.21.0&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p><strong>The European project Domitia<\/strong>, which aims to address the <strong>training needs of leisure time educator<\/strong>s in relation to pedagogical and social challenges and trends, was launched on November 7 and 8 with a kick-off meeting.<\/p>\n<p>Funded by the <a href=\"https:\/\/commission.europa.eu\/index_es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">European Commission<\/a> through the<a href=\"http:\/\/www.erasmusplus.gob.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Erasmus Plus program<\/a>, Domitia is led by Fundesplai and involves the participation of two social and educational entities from France (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.francasoccitanie.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Union R\u00e9gional des Francas d\u2019Occitanie<\/a>) and Italy (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.folias.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cooperativa Sociale Folias<\/a>). <\/p>\n<p>The first meeting of the project included a visit from the partner entities, allowing them to <strong>understand the contexts of each territory<\/strong> and share the work done by Fundesplai in training, leisure education, and environmental education, as well as the work of the <a href=\"https:\/\/esplai.fundesplai.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Catalan Federation of Esplai <\/a>and the associated leisure time centres.
