It is a topic that we already worked on in previous courses through the educational proposal <a href=\"https:\/\/fundesplai.org\/mcm\/\">Eating changes the world<\/a>, but that we want to maintain in a transversal way in our activities.<\/p>\n<p>In the esplais educational time periods we carried out the audits to be able to make a<strong> self-diagnosis about food waste<\/strong>. In this case, children separate and weigh the food that is thrown away in order to become aware of the volume of waste.<\/p>\n<p>This year, in addition, we have published two <a href=\"https:\/\/fundesplai.org\/mcm\/receptari\/\">recipe books<\/a> with recipes from our school kitchens and also proposed by the children of the schools and esplais where we are present.
