global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What is social mentoring?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A personal development relationship in which a <strong>more experienced person in a specific area accompanies another<\/strong> with less experience or knowledge.<\/li>\n<li>The mentor is a <strong>volunteer<\/strong>, receives <strong>prior training<\/strong> and has the<strong> support of a technical person<\/strong> who accompanies and supervises the mentoring process.<\/li>\n<li>The main objective is <strong>to promote the social and personal development of the<\/strong> mentee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>What does Hedera mentoring consist of?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>If you are a mentor at Hedera:<\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>You will accompany a young woman from the 2nd year of Bachillerato or CFGS in their possible passage to the University<\/strong> through periodic meetings, usually virtual, lasting approximately an hour and a half<\/li>\n<li>You will receive<strong> prior training<\/strong> and you will have <strong>support from an educational technician from<\/strong> the Hedera team throughout the process.<\/li>\n<li>You will have <strong>material at your disposal<\/strong> to be able to accompany you with confidence, as well as <strong>virtual meeting spaces with the rest of the mentors<\/strong> with whom you can share doubts and experiences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h3><strong>How do I know if my profile is suitable?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Hedera&#8217;s mentors can be:<\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Students of any <\/strong>bachelor&#8217;s, master&#8217;s or doctoral course.<\/li>\n<li><strong>People who have recently finished their university studies<\/strong> and are working.<\/li>\n<li><strong>People <\/strong>with university degrees who do not meet the two previous points, but who have a clear vocation for volunteering, some knowledge of the university system in Catalonia, and experience with young people and adolescents.<\/li>\n<li>In all cases, they are people over 18 years of age, sensitive and empathetic, with <strong>the ability to communicate, listen, organize and adapt.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h3><strong>Why be part of it?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>To get involved in a project with social values<\/strong> and work for social transformation and equal opportunities.<\/li>\n<li><strong>To live a process of personal growth <\/strong>and develop social and personal skills.<\/li>\n<li><strong>To develop experiences and skills from volunteering <\/strong>that can help you improve opportunities in the labor market.<\/li>\n<li><strong>To obtain mentoring accreditation. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>To obtain credit recognition <\/strong>for the bachelor&#8217;s degree you are studying if there is an agreement with your university.<\/li>\n<li><strong>To accompany a young person in a <\/strong>life stage that may be difficult and for which you have already passed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>To give, receive and learn <\/strong>from the bond that is established.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>How long does it last?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The mentorship is contemplated <strong>from March to November 2023<\/strong>, but if you receive the information once this period has started, do not hesitate to sign up: it is very possible that some young people are waiting to have a mentor!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>What do I have to do to register?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Fill out <a href=\"https:\/\/pompeufabraeec.eu.qualtrics.com\/jfe\/form\/SV_4V1OFJ5HAl41jEy\">the registration form<\/a>.
