The objective of <a href=\"https:\/\/fundesplai.org\/en\/social-and-youth-programs\/young-tomorrow\/\">Dem\u00e0 Jove<\/a> is to improve the employability of unemployed young people without qualifications or with difficulties in accessing the labour market.<\/p>\n<p>To end this stage we carried out a closing ceremony with the participation of the entire Fundesplai team that has worked on the project. <strong>Cristina Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>, CEO of Fundesplai, celebrated and thanked all the people and agents who have participated and stressed that Dem\u00e0 Jove is a program in constant improvement. Representatives of the <a href=\"https:\/\/serveiocupacio.gencat.cat\/ca\/inici\">Catalan Employment Service<\/a> also attended. Susana D\u00edaz, Deputy Director General of Active Employment Policies, highlighted the good development by all the agents involved and what it means for young people: &#8220;Not only do you have a degree, but you have really worked and networked&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The event was also attended by companies, entities and centers where some of the young participants have worked. &#8220;When we were asked to participate in this project, we did not hesitate. We want to thank Fundesplai for all the support received&#8221;, commented <strong>Agustina Mart\u00ednez-Vivot<\/strong>, from <a href=\"https:\/\/esimperfect.com\/es\/fundacio-espiguladors\/\">Es Im-perfect Food_Fundaci\u00f3 Espigoladors<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The protagonists, however, were the young women who had a space to explain their experience. <strong>Maria Guerrini<\/strong> valued very positively the opportunity to enter the labor market and thus expand her contacts within <strong>educational leisure<\/strong>. For his part, Eli, explained his learning during the program: &#8220;I have been able to enhance many skills, such as creativity. I&#8217;ve also redirected my studies after finding an area I really like.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>In the closing ceremony, the titles were also awarded to young people who have just started a new stage, after a year of learning and preparation.
