These are some of the issues that will be exposed and <strong>discussed at the online conference &#8220;Food design and food systems&#8221;,<\/strong> co-organized by Fundesplai and the <a href=\"https:\/\/theforkorganization.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FORK organization<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-10006\" src=\"https:\/\/fundesplai.org\/test-joomla\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/26\/2023\/02\/Food_Design_LIFE.jpg\" alt=\"Food Design LIFE\" width=\"100%\" height=\"NaN\"><\/p>\n<p>The conference is part of the <a href=\"compta%20amb%20Fabio%20Parasecoli,%20professor%20del%20Departament%20de%20Nutrici%C3%B3%20i%20Estudis%20Alimentaris%20de%20la%20Universitat%20de%20Nova%20York;%20i%20Sonia%20Massari,%20professora%20del%20Departament%20d'Alimentaci%C3%B3%20Agr%C3%ADcola%20i%20Medi%20Ambient%20de%20la%20Universitat%20de%20Pisa,%20It%C3%A0lia.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">European project EAT:LIFE,<\/a> and will feature <strong>interventions by Fabio Parasecoli, professor at the Department of Nutrition and Food Studies at New York University<\/strong>; and <strong>Sonia Massari, professor at the Department of Agricultural Food and Environment at the University of Pisa, Italy<\/strong>. The co-founder of the FORK organization, Mariana Eidler, will be in charge of presenting and moderating the event.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conference belonging to the European project EAT:LIFE.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>The <a href=\"https:\/\/eat-life.fundesplai.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EAT:LIFE project<\/a> has received funding from the European Union&#8217;s LIFE programme.
