In addition, the new project Opening eyes for women with functional diversity is launched.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Opening eyes<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: transparent;font-size: 13px\">Fundesplai launches the new project <\/span><strong style=\"background-color: transparent;font-size: 13px\">Obrint mirades: per un lleure inclusivo<\/strong><span style=\"background-color: transparent;font-size: 13px\">. It is a program subsidized by the Department of Equality and Feminism, which has two main objectives: on the one hand,&nbsp; to promote the empowerment of <\/span><strong style=\"background-color: transparent;font-size: 13px\">women with functional diversity <\/strong><span style=\"background-color: transparent;font-size: 13px\">through initiatives focused on their personal, social and formative development; and, on the other hand, to influence the defense <\/span> of the <strong style=\"background-color: transparent;font-size: 13px\">fundamental rights of people with intellectual disabilities<\/strong>, <span style=\"background-color: transparent;font-size: 13px\">with a gender and intersectional perspective, carrying out awareness actions to professionals in the field of educational leisure of the entity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>This project will be led by 6 women with intellectual disabilities and will have <strong>an impact on 200 leisure professionals<\/strong> with a direct awareness action and more than 100 entities, services or projects that will receive a resource to make <strong>leisure more inclusive<\/strong> in their daily work.<\/p>\n<h3>Youth inclusion<\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignleft size-full wp-image-9927\" style=\"margin-right: 15px;float: left\" src=\"https:\/\/fundesplai.org\/test-joomla\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/26\/2023\/01\/Cartell_Inclusio_jove_page-0001-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"Young inclusion poster page 0001\" width=\"55%\" height=\"NaN\">On the other hand, a new edition of<strong>Youth Inclusion <\/strong>with the aim of promoting autonomy and independent living of <strong>Young people with functional diversity<\/strong> and\/or mental health diagnosis, through the <strong>Social and labour inclusion<\/strong> to companies, services or entities in the field of leisure, providing the necessary support and contributing to each person being able to develop their life project.<\/p>\n<p>The Youth Inclusion program begins on <strong>February 20<\/strong> and there are two options:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In El Prat de Llobregat from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.<\/li>\n<li>In L&#8217;Hospitalet de Llobregat from 3:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For more information you can contact Aida Alonso (<a href=\"mailto:aida.alonso@fudnesplai.org\">aida.alonso@fudnesplai.org and 674996456<\/a> ) or Miriam Colubi (<a href=\"mailto:miriam.colubi@fundesplai.org\">miriam.colubi@fundesplai.org<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>This project is subsidized by the Public Employment Service.<\/p>\n<h3>Encoratja&#8217;t yourself<\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignright size-full wp-image-9929\" style=\"margin-left: 15px;float: right\" src=\"https:\/\/fundesplai.org\/test-joomla\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/26\/2023\/01\/Cartell_ENCORATJAT_page-0001-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"Poster ENCOURAGED page 0001\" width=\"55%\" height=\"NaN\">Another edition of the <strong>Encoratja&#8217;t<\/strong> programme also begins in February, an initiative to support full inclusion for <strong>young women in situations of social vulnerability<\/strong> with objectives such as promoting employment, facilitating the transition to the labour market and guaranteeing their support throughout the process.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, it is combined with interventions in different areas of action, especially educational, emotional, training and the labor market.<\/p>\n<p>This program offers two itineraries:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leisure monitor.<\/li>\n<li>Kitchen assistant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition, there are spaces for the care of children from 0 to 3 years old.
