In addition, the <strong>new Waste Law<\/strong>, which will come into force on <strong>January 1, 2023<\/strong> and will especially affect the <strong>catering sector<\/strong>, will also be discussed.<\/p>\n<p>The event will feature <strong>Mariana Eidler, director of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elisava.net\/research\/lineas\/food-design-lab-barcelona\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ELISAVA&#8217;s <\/a>Food Design Lab and co-founder of <a href=\"https:\/\/theforkorganization.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">FORK, The Food Design Organization<\/a><\/strong>, and <strong>Sof\u00eda Gar\u00edn, circular design expert and project manager <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ineditinnova.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>of the sustainable innovation consultancy In\u00e8dit<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Event details<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Data: 20\/12\/2022<\/li>\n<li>Time: 6:00 p.m.<\/li>\n<li>Languages: Spanish and English (simultaneous interpreting).<\/li>\n<li>Cost: free with prior registration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Activity belonging to the European project EAT:LIFE.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><em>The EAT:LIFE project has received funding from the European Union&#8217;s LIFE programme.
