Last Thursday, September 29, the Board of Fundesplai met and agreed on an important renewal of 50% of its members, who will have to promote changes to face future challenges and direct a new cycle of the entity.<\/p>\n

The renewal of this governing body of the Foundation has been guided by the desire to improve its governance with participatory and internal democracy criteria and in coherence with its principles and values.<\/p>\n

It is worth mentioning the creation of a new consultative body called the “Senate”, of which the founding trustees who are over 80 years old and want to continue linked to the entity will become part. At the moment the “Senate” is made up of Rosa Romeu, Salvador Carrasco and Amparo Porcel.
\nAlso highlighting as important new features is the desire to incorporate into the Board of Trustees, among others, people linked to the direct management of the entity and the incorporation of new members from other organizations with which we share objectives and work as a network (CRAM Foundation, Pr\u00f3-Cerrado Foundation…).<\/p>\n

      El passat dijous 29 de setembre es va reunir el Patronat de Fundesplai que va acordar una important renovaci\u00f3 del 50% dels seus membres que hauran d'impulsar els canvis per fer front als reptes de futur i dirigir un nou cicle de l'entitat.<\/p>

      El passat dijous 29 de setembre es va reunir el Patronat de Fundesplai que va acordar una important renovaci\u00f3 del 50% dels seus membres que hauran d'impulsar els canvis per fer front als reptes de futur i dirigir un nou cicle de l'entitat.<\/p>

      La renovaci\u00f3 d'aquest \u00f2rgan de govern de la Fundaci\u00f3 s'ha guiat per la voluntat de millorar la seva governan\u00e7a amb criteris participatius i de democr\u00e0cia interna i en coher\u00e8ncia amb els seus principis i valors.<\/p>

      Cal destacar la creaci\u00f3 d'un nou \u00f2rgan consultiu anomenat el \"Senat\" del qual en passen a formar part els patrons fundadors que superen els 80 anys i volen continuar vinculats a l\u2019entitat. En aquests moments el \"Senat\u201d queda integrat per la Rosa Romeu, el Salvador Carrasco i l\u2019Amparo Porcel.
      Ressaltar tamb\u00e9 com a novetats importants, la voluntat d\u2019incorporar al Patronat, entre d'altres, persones vinculades a la gesti\u00f3 directe de l\u2019entitat i la incorporaci\u00f3 de nous membres d\u2019altres organitzacions amb les quals compartim objectius i treballem fent xarxa (Fundaci\u00f3 CRAM, Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Pr\u00f3-Cerrado...).<\/p>
