The <strong>Movidic<\/strong>, the traditional event held at the beginning of the school year, is a place where monitors from different esplais meet to share ideas and propose new responses to the needs posed by educational leisure.<\/p>\n<p>On Saturday, the presentation of the day took place in which <strong>Maria Ferrer<\/strong>, president of the Federaci\u00f3 Catalana de l&#8217;Esplai (an entity that is part of Fundesplai), highlighted the educational and social importance of the esplais: &#8220;We want to continue working so that children and young people in Catalonia can enjoy some time <strong>free quality education<\/strong> and for everyone.&#8221; Ferrer also applauded the commitment of monitors in their leisure education work with children, young people and families.<\/p>\n<p>At the day, the participants also received training in various fields, some of them related to the educational proposal of Fundesplai:<strong>Sustainable food<\/strong> and its impact on the world; the empowerment of esplais; <strong>Emotional education<\/strong>; day-to-day management at esplais, &nbsp;first aid, or gender-based violence and new masculinities. The objective of these training pills is to provide resources and updated content to the monitors in order to apply in the daily task to the esplais.<\/p>\n<h3>Waste as the center of the educational proposal<\/h3>\n<p>The Movidic also presented the educational proposal that for the second year remains around the motto &#8220;<strong>Menjar canvia el m\u00f3n<\/strong>&#8220;, but with a new approach: &#8220;An <a href=\"ca\/recursos\/noticies\/2184-el-projecte-educatiu-d-enguany-se-centrara-en-el-repte-del-malbaratament-alimentari\">educational proposal<\/a> for the right to healthy and sustainable food, the <strong>challenge of food waste<\/strong>&#8220;.
