Those interested in following the conference online, can write an email to&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:euro.projects@fundesplai.org\">&nbsp; euro.projects@fundesplai.organd they will receive the access link.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>How can we generate actions that work to reduce food losses and waste in restaurants?,<\/strong>&nbsp; this will be the main question that will drive the conference &#8220;Practices for sustainable restoration&#8221;, a day that is part of the cycle of conferences organized by the European<em>&nbsp; project EUKI: Parem Taula pel Clima<\/em>.&nbsp;The event will feature two main guests: <strong>B\u00e1rbara Atie<\/strong> , member of the sustainable catering company &#8221; <a href=\"http:\/\/telosirvoverde.com\/\">Te lo sirvo verde&#8221;<\/a> and <strong>chef Susana Arag\u00f3n<\/strong>, owner of the <a href=\"https:\/\/centricgastrobar.com\/\">C\u00e8NTRIC Gastro<\/a> restaurant, located in El Prat de Llobregat.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-8769\" src=\"https:\/\/fundesplai.org\/test-joomla\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/26\/2022\/05\/Cartell-Restauracio-Sostenible.png\" alt=\"Sustainable Restoration Poster\" width=\"100%\" height=\"NaN\"><\/p>\n<p>The first block of the day will be headed by B\u00e1rbara Atie, who will offer a presentation where she will address the importance of betting on a <strong>more environmentally friendly restoration management model<\/strong>, providing examples of various actions and best practices from &nbsp; &#8220;Te lo sirvo verde&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The second part of the event will be led by chef Susana Arag\u00f3n, who will offer a <strong>live cooking session<\/strong>. The recipe chosen to cook at the moment will be a trilogy of pumpkins from <a href=\"https:\/\/parcagrari.cat\/\">the Baix Llobregat <\/a>&nbsp;Agricultural Park and a creamy rice with seasonal vegetables.
