If you are interested in following the conference, please send an email to <a href=\"mailto:euro.projects@fundesplai.org\">euro.projects@fundesplai.org<\/a> to receive the corresponding link.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How can we generate actions that proceed along the line of reduce the loss and waste of food in restaurants?<\/strong> This will be the main question driving the conference \u00abPractices for a sustainable restaurant business\u00bb, a congress that belongs to the cycle of conferences organized by the European project <em>EUKI: Climate action to the table<\/em>. The event will feature two main guests: <strong>B\u00e1rbara Atie,member<\/strong> of the sustainable catering company \u00ab<a href=\"http:\/\/telosirvoverde.com\/\">Te lo sirvo verde\u00bb<\/a>&nbsp;(I serve it green) and <strong>chef Susana Arag\u00f3n<\/strong>, &nbsp;owner of the restaurant&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/centricgastrobar.com\/\">C\u00e8NTRIC Gastro<\/a>, located in El Prat de Llobregat.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-8983\" src=\"https:\/\/fundesplai.org\/test-joomla\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/26\/2022\/05\/Cartell_ENG_Conferencia_Restauracio_Sostenible.png\" alt=\"ENG Poster Sustainable Restoration Conference\" width=\"100%\" height=\"NaN\"><\/p>\n<p>The first part of the day will be directed by B\u00e1rbara Atie, who will offer a presentation on the importance of supporting a <strong>Restaurant management model that is more respectful with the environment<\/strong>; to do so, she will provide examples of various recommended actions and practices from &#8220;Te lo sirvo verde&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The second part of the act will be run by chef Susana Arag\u00f3n, who will offer a <strong>live cooking session<\/strong>. She will cook right at the spot a couple of recipes: a trilogy of pumpkins from the <a href=\"https:\/\/parcagrari.cat\/\">Parc Agrari del<\/a> Baix Llobregat (the agrarian park in Baix Llobregat) and a creamy rice with seasonal vegetables.
