Resources for the educational world&#8217;, within Mobile Week.<\/p>\n<p class=\"intro\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-8468\" src=\"https:\/\/fundesplai.org\/test-joomla\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/26\/2022\/03\/WhatsApp_Image_2022-03-12_at_15.39.34_1.jpeg\" alt=\"WhatsApp Image 2022 03 12 at 15.39.34 1\" width=\"100%\" height=\"NaN\"><\/p>\n<p>With this session we want to offer resources for educators to <strong>promote STEAM professions<\/strong> (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics) among girls and young people. We will provide resources such as a teaching guide, a <a href=\"https:\/\/fundacionesplai.org\/e-inclusion\/chicasintech\/videojuego-3-chicasintech\/\">video game<\/a> and a <a href=\"https:\/\/fundacionesplai.org\/blog\/socioeducativa\/lanzamos-chicasintech-actua-con-el-hashtag\/\">campaign<\/a> to publicize women references in the fields of science and technology.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>teaching guide<\/strong> proposes activities and experiments to energize in class or at home to develop curiosity and critical thinking, while generating a dialogue between classmates and the educator.<\/p>\n<p>The video game, <strong>#3ChicasInTech<\/strong>, developed by the studio Women In Games Spain, presents three historical female references in science and technology: Ada Lovelace, Katherine Johnson and \u00c1ngela Ruiz Robles.<\/p>\n<p>The volunteer professionals of the <strong>STEAM for Girls<\/strong> program and the <strong>Woman Network<\/strong> of the HP company in Sant Cugat will explain how they collaborate with the project, sharing their experience in schools and entities to establish references, raise awareness and give visibility to the reality of professional women in these areas.<\/p>\n<p>The seminar will also present the <strong>project Connecta Jove el Prat<\/strong>,&nbsp; a learning initiative where young ESO students receive training in technology and then put their knowledge into practice teaching older people to move in the digital world.<\/p>\n<p>We will also have the presence of <strong>N\u00faria Sal\u00e1n<\/strong>, president of the <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.iec.cat\/sct\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Catalan Society of Technology<\/a> to introduce the current situation of women in STEAM, and the introduction of <strong>Carles Grau<\/strong>, by the management of Mobile World Capital and Mobile Week Barcelona.<\/p>\n<p>The conference can be followed <strong>online on Tuesday, March 29 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m<\/strong>., through the Fundaci\u00f3n Esplai YouTube channel.<\/p>\n<p>Prior registration is required to attend:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.fundesplai.org\/canals\/seminari-educar-tecnologia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-8480\" src=\"https:\/\/fundesplai.org\/test-joomla\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/26\/2022\/03\/Agregar_un_titulo.png\" alt=\"Agregar un titulo\" width=\"189\" height=\"54\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-8481\" src=\"https:\/\/fundesplai.org\/test-joomla\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/26\/2022\/03\/Cartell-mobile-week-imatge-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"Mobile week poster scaled image\" width=\"70%\" height=\"NaN\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-8483\" src=\"https:\/\/fundesplai.org\/test-joomla\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/26\/2022\/03\/Financat_per.png\" alt=\"Funded by\" width=\"70%\" height=\"NaN\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Seminar: &#8216;Educating in technology with a gender perspective.
