{"id":53770,"date":"2022-02-07T13:05:56","date_gmt":"2022-02-07T12:05:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fundesplai.org\/informa-t\/sense-categoria\/social-and-labour-insertion-programmes-for-young-people\/"},"modified":"2022-02-07T13:05:56","modified_gmt":"2022-02-07T12:05:56","slug":"social-and-labour-insertion-programmes-for-young-people","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fundesplai.org\/en\/informa-t\/news\/social-and-labour-insertion-programmes-for-young-people\/","title":{"rendered":"Social and labour insertion programmes for young people"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Guidance<\/strong>, <strong>training<\/strong> and <strong>labor insertion for young people<\/strong>from 16 to 29 years old.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"intro\"><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/1xIFbPLu-IV0PxkHx3qesyS6VtRZVH4KzbBrIPqRIlfQ\/edit\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignright size-full wp-image-5272\" style=\"margin: 5px;float: right\" src=\"https:\/\/fundesplai.org\/test-joomla\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/26\/2018\/03\/inscripcions_ok.jpg\" alt=\"Registration OK\" width=\"200\" height=\"33\"><\/a>The Department of Social and Educational Action of Fundesplai develops one more year different<\/span><strong class=\"intro\">projects of socio-labor insertion for young people.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Q1koa34v3w0\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-8388\" src=\"https:\/\/fundesplai.org\/test-joomla\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/26\/2022\/02\/Inclusio_Joves.jpg\" alt=\"Inclusion of young people\" width=\"100%\" height=\"NaN\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The objective is to accompany a process of learning and guidance that helps young people to increase their possibilities of labor insertion in a socially active way, as well as that allows them to direct their professional and life trajectories with guarantees of success.<\/p>\n<p>In order to promote the employment of young people, facilitate the transition to the labor market and guarantee their accompaniment throughout the process, it requires a comprehensive and coherent approach, which combines interventions in different areas of action, especially educational, emotional, training and the labor market.<\/p>\n<p>The projects offer young people between 16 and 29 years old three training itineraries with the obtaining of the certificate of professionalism:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leisure monitor, from 18 years old<\/li>\n<li>Administrative assistant, from 16 years old.<\/li>\n<li>Kitchen assistant, from 16 years old.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;Other actions of the project:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accompaniment to job search.<\/li>\n<li>Career guidance.<\/li>\n<li>Self-knowledge and transversal competences.<\/li>\n<li>Space for affective listening.<\/li>\n<li>Visits to the productive environment.<\/li>\n<li>Social, cultural and civic activities.<\/li>\n<li>40% insertion of the participants.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>Youth Guarantee<\/strong> Program Requirements:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have Spanish nationality or be a citizen of the Union or of the States party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area or Switzerland that are in Spain in exercise of free movement and residence.
