Through this programme, the agencies voluntarily commit themselves to drawing up an inventory of emissions each year and to propose and implement measures to reduce them.<\/p>\n<p>The program was born in mid-2010 with the aim that organizations had a framework where they could show their commitment to reducing GHG emissions.
