Young people had to meet the requirements of the Youth Guarantee program.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>From March until now (4 months in total), the young participants of the Youth Opportunity proposal have strived every day, with accompaniment and with various proposals for the improvement of their professional and work opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>This Wednesday, June 22, the young people of the courses of Basic Kitchen &nbsp;Operations and Basic Operations of Restaurant Bar &nbsp;participated in the closing that took place in Centre Esplai.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Employment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Of the total number of young participants in the closing, 13 are from the Basic Kitchen Operations group, of this group 2 young people are from Prat de Llobregat, 4 are from Barcelona, 4 from Cornell\u00e0 de Llobregat, &nbsp;from Sant Boi de Llobregat, &nbsp; 1 from L&#8217;Hospitalet de Llobregat. A total of three have already found work and the rest are in the process of employability.<\/p>\n<p>The group of young people from Basic Restaurant &nbsp;Operations is made up of 14 young people and is made up &nbsp;of 7 young people from Barcelona, 4 from L&#8217;Hospitalet de Llobregat, 1 from Badalona, 1 from Sant Feliu de Llobregat and 1 from Sant Just Desvern.&nbsp;A total of four have already found work and the rest are in the process of employability.<\/p>\n<p>During the training and accompaniment process, the young people have been able to visit the Hotel Barcel\u00f3 Sants (Barcelona) and one of the restaurants of the Andilana chain (Baltazhar, also in Barcelona), making an approach to the world of work to which they want to access, and where now, they are closer than in March.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Internships in companies<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The two groups now &nbsp;begin a new stage: <strong>their internship processes in companies<\/strong>, with the accompaniment of Fundesplai, with the assigned tutor and until December 31, to guarantee their socio-labor insertion as much as possible.<\/p>\n<p>These are the statements &nbsp;of the young people on the day of the closing:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It is very <em>cool<\/em> to have cooked today, for the technical people who run the project, and during these months they were in offices and now we have shared this time&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It was really <em>cool<\/em> to close with a little detail for every young person on the show.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I recommend everyone to sign up and take the courses, because the tutors take great <em>care<\/em> so you can do all the training&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: transparent\">&#8220;Thank you all so much for joining us on this special day for all of us. Thank Fundesplai for giving us this opportunity and for the space, we are privileged to have been able to do this training that I recommend to everyone. Thank you above all to those who have accompanied us during this process, our trainer David and our tutor Carlos. In the Valley too. We hope that next year it will be repeated again because there have been many young people who have stayed at the doors. Thanks to the SOC and the European Social Fund.
