Cristina Rodr\u00edguez –  General Director of Management and Services<\/p>\n

She is a member of the Social Education Association and was born in Barcelona in 1971. He also has a Postgraduate Course in the Managerial Function of NGOs from ESADE. Linked to the Mowgli Children’s and Youth Center in Cornell\u00e0 de Llobregat, where she was a monitor and coordinator of activities, and also director of the center. In the private sector, he has developed his professional career in Eurest, where he was responsible for the Department of Educational Leisure, Northeast region of Spain. She joined Fundesplai in 2011, where she is currently General Director of Management and Services.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Navarrete-Chief   Financial Officer<\/p>\n

She has a degree in Philosophy and Education Sciences and was born in Barcelona in 1963. Master in Management and International Trade (ESADE) and in Management of Non-Profit Entities (UB). He has developed his professional career in the field of accounting and administration. She joined Suport Associatiu in 1991, where she was Head of Administration, and the Fundaci\u00f3 Catalana de l’Esplai in 2001, where she is currently Financial Director.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\"Carlos<\/td>\n\n

Carles Xifra-Director   of Educational, Social and Third Sector Actions and Programmes<\/p>\n

He holds a degree in Environmental Sciences (UAB) and was born in Barcelona in 1976. He has a Diploma of Advanced Studies and has taken doctoral courses in Environmental Education (UdG). Environmental educator since 1998 in Fundesplai, with different responsibilities. Professor at the Faculty of Education of the University of Vic. Professor of the Department of Education with participation in the formation of “Green Schools”. Currently Manager Director of Educational, Social and Third Sector Actions and Programs.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\"Victor<\/td>\n\n

V\u00edctor H. Mart\u00ednez – Head of Planning<\/p>\n

He has a degree in Journalism (UAB), and was born in Esplugues de Llobregat in 1975. Postgraduate in Management of Leisure Entities (CEE-UB) and Master in Business Administration (UPF). He has been responsible for the Grup d’Esplai Espurnes, president of the Taula d’Entitats del Lleure d’Esplugues and member of the board of directors of the Federaci\u00f3 Catalana de l’Esplai. He joined Fundesplai in 2008 as head of the Recreation Area and is currently its Head of Planning.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

 \"VICTOR<\/td>\n\n

V\u00edctor Garc\u00eda – Head of Associative Support<\/p>\n

He was born in Barcelona in 1971 and lives in Sant Cugat del Vall\u00e8s where he is linked to the associative fabric of the city. Registered lawyer, he has a degree in law and a master’s degree in company law from the University of Navarra. He began his professional career in the private sector until 2001 when he joined Suport Associatiu where he has held the position of manager. Since 2001 he has worked directly with associations and foundations carrying out consultancy, consulting and training tasks.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\"JordiRoman\"<\/td>\n\n

Jordi Roman – Head of Human Resources<\/p>\n

He holds a degree in Information Sciences (UAB) and a diploma in Labour Relations (UB), and was born in Sant Adri\u00e0 del Bes\u00f2s in 1971. Superior technician in occupational risk prevention. He has been director of several associations in Sant Adri\u00e0. She is part of the faculty of the Center for Studies and Associative Support, where she teaches courses in labor, human resources and  leadership. He is a member of the Illustrious College of Social Graduates of Barcelona. He is currently Head of Human Resources at Fundesplai.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\"Jose<\/td>\n\n

Jose Antonio Ruiz – Head of Content and Relations<\/p>\n

He is an educational psychologist, teacher and social educator and was born in Badalona in 1971. She has worked in the field of free-time education for children and young people at risk of exclusion, coordinating projects in various organizations such as the Red Cross. Teacher and collaborator in various training centers and universities in the field of children in social difficulty, and participation with children. He has been manager of Educational Programs of Fundesplai (2011-2014), where he is currently responsible for Content and Relations.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

 \"FROILAN<\/td>\n\n

Froil\u00e1n Salgado Vegas – Chief Operating Officer<\/p>\n

Born in Sant Andreu de la Barca in 1974. Postgraduate in Management of Leisure Entities (CEE-UB). Linked to Esplai Peng\u00fc\u00ed, where he was director and head of the youth group, member of the Board of Directors of the Federaci\u00f3 Catalana de l’Esplai. Linked since 2002 to Serveis d’Esplai in the department of monitoring and control of management of educational projects. It is currently part of the Area of School Services and Summer Camps.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Josep M. Valls Hausmann – Head of the Department of Communication<\/p>\n

Born in Barcelona in 1963, he holds a degree in Information Sciences from the UAB and Communication Management from EADA. She has collaborated with different foundations and public administrations as a specialist in communication and in the development of social awareness programs. In 2007 he received the Communication and Social Welfare Prize, awarded by the Municipal Council of Social Welfare of the Barcelona City Council, for his book “Moure’s per l’espai urb\u00e0”. Since 1998 he is responsible for the Communication Department of Fundesplai.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
