In addition, Gass\u00f3 highlighted that 1,400 activities have been organized in which more than 60,000 people have participated, 40% more than in 2013.&nbsp;Josep Gass\u00f3 also thanked the commitment of public administrations, such as the Generalitat de Catalunya, the Diputaci\u00f3 de Barcelona and the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality or the Barcelona City Council;&nbsp; companies and entities, such as Bardet Avant Group, Obra social de &#8220;la Caixa&#8221; or the Probitas Foundation; the media; The families and individuals who have made this initiative possible, with their contributions and participation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Representation of Barcelona Provincial Council<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Afterwards, Josep Oliva, deputy delegate for Social Welfare, Public Health and Consumption of the Diputaci\u00f3 de Barcelona, spoke and explained that through initiatives like these,&nbsp; equality in leisure education is promoted and the values of solidarity and inclusion are made possible. Finally, N\u00faria Valls, deputy director general of Fundesplai, read a few words from Neus Munt\u00e9, councillor of Social Welfare and Family, who was unable to attend the event, where she highlighted the joint effort to make leisure inclusive.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Presence of the companies that have supported the Gymkhana<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In addition, the closing ceremony was also attended&nbsp;by Miquel Puig, representative of International House and Manel Batet, representative of Caf\u00e8s Novell, who together with the sports company Wala have supported the 2nd edition of the Solidarity Gymkhana.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In this second edition of the Summer Solidarity Gymkhana, in which 30 teams with different activities have participated, the winners have been the team Sobre la Marxa, in first position; the Financial Times, in second; and Mar d&#8217;Amunt, in third.
