In Fundesplai we have an Internal Information System<\/strong> that allows reporting in the work or professional context, under the protection of the law, any irregularity that may constitute a serious or very serious criminal or administrative infraction. It has at its disposal the Policy of the Internal Information System where the<\/a> rights and guarantees<\/strong> that assist informants are regulated.<\/div>\n

Law 2\/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of people who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption, establishes the need to have a Internal Information System<\/strong>, as a preferential channel for reporting on actions or omissions that may constitute Serious or very serious criminal or administrative infractions.<\/strong><\/p>\n

At the same time, the existence of an Internal Information System is an expression of the commitment of the Fundaci\u00f3 Catalana de l’Esplai (Fundesplai) to integrity and ethical behaviour in all its areas of<\/strong> action.<\/p>\n

For this reason, the Board of Trustees of Fundesplai has approved this Policy of the Internal Information System <\/a>in which the complaint channels are identified and the rights and guarantees that assist informants and all people affected by a complaint.<\/p>\n

The Board of Trustees has appointed a Head of the Internal Information System, endowed with independence and autonomous powers of supervision and control to guarantee the proper functioning of the Internal Information System.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
