It will inform the Board of Fundesplai about the measures adopted to promote knowledge and to ensure compliance with the PCPR, at least annually and whenever it considers it necessary or required to do so. Whenever the applicable legislation allows it, the Compliance Committee <strong class=\"ContentPasted0\">will have access to the information, documents and offices<\/strong> of Fundesplai&#8217;s collaborators. All collaborators must provide the collaboration that is required of them for the proper performance of their functions.
